3 Healthy Habits

  1. Exercise for at least 30 minutes- If you know me personally then you know working out has always been an important part of my life. After having Wyatt I found it hard to find time to go to the gym even with daycare available and him not tolerating it long enough to get a good workout in. I now workout at home either going for a run, body weight workouts, and even working out with Wyatt! Exercise is super important in having a healthy life. I will be doing a post in the near future for those that don’t have time to workout in a gym or have a baby.
  2. Drink a gallon of water everyday- This is a new one in the last couple weeks that I have implemented. I have never been good with drinking enough water, I would much rather drink a gallon of sweet tea instead because that would be much tastier! But after research and experiencing the effects of doing this it is something I am trying really hard to do no matter what. In order to help meet my water in take goals I usually make sure to flavor it with sugar free and calorie free sweeteners, some plain, and my new favorite addiction fruit infused water! By doing the fruit infused water, you are also detoxing your body with some amazing nutrients that will help with boosting metabolism.
  3. Read- I know this is not considered a health related habit for your looks but it is more for your mental health. By reading books, information, devotionals, and various other material your making your mind work and grow. I always try to read at least 10 pages of something everyday before wyatt wakes up in the morning or from a nap. It keeps my imagination running, my spirit filled, and my mind working.
